About Us

On behalf of Clients and our own projects we have been sourcing, designing, converting, refurbishing and building residential property since the late 1980’s. During the general process of design and refurbishment we have developed specialised skills in specific areas where these were not present in the market. Apart from our ability to manage the build process our specialist areas include Fireplace Design and Garden Building Design and Construction. We have worked on Design projects that include the most expensive apartment ever sold in the world, Listed Buildings in World Heritage Sites, important London Garden suburbs including Bedford Park and projects outside of the UK.
